Will MAI replace my doctor?
No. MAI is a supplementary tool that helps you understand your test results and health information. It does not replace professional medical consultation. Always consult your doctor for diagnoses and treatment.
How do I upload blood test results?
You can photograph your lab report and upload the image directly to MAI. The AI automatically recognizes markers using OCR technology. You can also enter values manually.
Is my health data secure?
Yes. MAI complies with GDPR requirements. All data is encrypted, stored on EU servers, and never shared with third parties. You can delete your account and data at any time.
How much does MAI cost?
MAI has a free plan with 5 analyses per day. Basic plan (9.99 EUR/mo) provides 30 analyses/day. PRO plan (29.99 EUR/mo) offers unlimited access, Health Score, Family Plan, and more.
What languages does MAI support?
MAI supports 50+ languages including Lithuanian, English, German, Spanish, French, Russian, and many more. Local reference ranges and standards are built-in for Lithuanian labs.
What is Health Score?
Health Score is your personal health rating from 0 to 100, calculated based on your blood test results. It evaluates biomarker levels, test regularity, data completeness, and health trends.
How does Blood Test Bingo work?

Can I use MAI for my whole family?
Yes! The PRO plan includes a Family Plan for up to 5 members. You can invite family members and track everyone's health markers in one place.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 48 hours.
