These terms of service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the MAI by AZORA platform (hereinafter "Platform", "Service"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

MAI by AZORA is an artificial intelligence-based medical consultation platform providing informational services: blood test analysis, symptom evaluation, medication information and aesthetic medicine consultations.

⚠ Important Warning: MAI is not a medical professional and does not provide medical diagnoses. The Platform is intended for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified doctor before making health-related decisions. In emergencies, call 112.

2. Registration and Account

Registration is available with a valid email address
You are responsible for the security of your account and confidentiality of your password
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent service limits is prohibited
The Platform is intended for persons aged 18 and over

3. Plans and Payments

Free plan: limited daily usage, no payment required
Basic plan: monthly fee, extended features
Pro plan: monthly fee, unlimited usage and additional features

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time — it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of the first payment if the service did not meet your needs. After this period, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Prohibited Use

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Not use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Not attempt to compromise the security or operation of the Platform
Not share your account access with third parties
Not use automated tools for mass queries
Not provide false or misleading information

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform materials (design, code, content, trademarks) belong to UAB AZORA. Copying, modifying or distributing Platform content without written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

MAI by AZORA provides informational services "as-is". We do not guarantee that AI-provided information will be 100% accurate or suitable for your specific situation. We accept no liability for decisions made based on information provided by the Platform.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, improve or discontinue Platform services, as well as these Terms. We will inform you of material changes by email or on the Platform.

9. Account Suspension

We have the right to suspend or terminate an account if these Terms are violated or the Platform is used abusively.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius.
